"We purchased our new home with the help of Lee and Emily. It was an easy and enjoyable process. We had never been to Rochester before, but both were so knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, and gave us such a comprehensive look about the city that we felt like we belonged. They listened, and evaluated our needs/budget and very quickly narrowed our search area and different houses. At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Furthermore, they were able to go and FT us from a house we had not seen before and we ended up buying that house! Working with Emily and Lee is a PLEASURE!"

"Lee and Emily did a great job of guiding us through the process of selling our house and buying another. They provided us with timely information on listings that met our criteria and were always available to show us properties. When we found the house we wanted, they helped us get our offer in front of the seller ahead of other offers, with an offer the seller accepted immediately. I believe this saved us thousands of dollars by keeping us out of a bidding war. They also provided sage advice for preparing our home for sale, pointing out things that needed to be addressed as well as things that we didn’t need to do. Then they put together a sales and marketing strategy that led to 12 showings and multiple offers. To top it off they are both really nice, knowledgeable people who are a pleasure to work with."

"Lee was great to work with!We purchased our home through him and when we moved several years later sold the same house through him.He is very good at communicating - he reaches out regularly to update you and is always available for questions. If he will be out of town, not only does he give ample warning but a back up person to speak with in the event of urgent needs.He gives honest, realistic advice on improvements and marketing strategy. Similarly give good advice on negotiations.He has intimate knowledge of the area having grown up here.Highly recommended!"
